• Word count or finished audio length (estimated is fine)
• The type of project (e-learning, audiobook, audio drama, medical narration, etc.)
• Industry or subject matter (is it medical/technical/scientific and heavy with jargon, for example)
• Delivery format and technical specs (Do you need it edited and mastered or are raw files ok? Separate files for each line?
• Timeline and deadline (Do you need it yesterday or is there time?)
• Usage (Is this it for paid media placement on radio/TV/streaming? For your website? How long will it be used?)
• Any special requirements (directed session, multiple revisions, accent, etc.)
